Qliweb was founded in late 2010 by a group of passionate food and wine lovers, who have only one goal: To bring up-to-date, objective and poignant reviews of restaurants, wines, and everything else related to the pleasures of life. However, in addition, we seek to establish a comprehensive database covering products, grape varieties and wineries.
For the restaurant reviews, a rating system of 7 points is used.
1-2 are restaurants that offer solid food. It might be a little inconsistent at times and not feature the finest products, but generally one eats decently in these places.
3-4 are given to restaurants, which offer very good cooking, and use good products. These offer food that is executed without technical errors.
5-6 are given to restaurants where products and execution are top-notch. The composition of dishes is spot-on too, and allows diners to enjoy great moments. These restaurants are at the top of their game and manage to give guests a style that is unique and often related to the place in which they are.
7 is the highest mark. Reserved for unique restaurants, it will distinguish places that offer a truly memorable experience. Here, you will find products of the highest standing, perfect technical execution and dishes that never disappoint. These restaurants can provide meals of a lifetime.
